Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or property damage beyond the scope of work.

12. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request. Subcontractors are also required to carry appropriate insurance coverage.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will proceed to mediation before any legal proceedings. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees.

14. Governing Law
